Ring It Together

Athlete Mental Health Symposium

This year we are excited to announce that we are launching our inaugural athletes mini mental health symposium. We are thrilled to welcome athlete specialized Registered Psychologists, Registered Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, Nutritionists, and more!

Our Symposium will bring together specialists, athletes, and families. We are excited to have such incredible health specialists give presentations on important topics such as athlete mental health, body image, eating struggles, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and more!

Together, in Erin's name, we will remove the barriers to winning the battle inside our minds and bodies. With our sticks, rings, and community supports, we will come together and become our most well and meaningful selves.
